  • A powerhouse of expertise—where seasoned deep FCC subject matter experts, regulators, and battle hardened, integrity-driven auditors, and assurance leaders from cross-sectors converge to deliver with strategic foresight and regulator-grade precision.

As the financial services, technology and regulatory landscape evolves, so must the way we mobilise expertise. At Ottilie+Blanche, we believe that independent excellence, when intentionally curated, strategically deployed with ethical AI-enabled, human-in the-loop methodologies, can redefine the boundaries of assurance, resilience, and regulatory trust.

Our Agile Experts Network (AEN) is a curated ecosystem of senior FCC professionals, auditors and assurance experts, former regulators and strategists who have been hand-selected through a rigorous, executive led, intentionally curated interview process that combines enhanced background screening and stronger alignment with our values, who engage with Ottilie+Blanche and our clients on an assignment basis. Members of the AEN operate with autonomy, accountability, precision, and purpose—consistently delivering regulator-ready outcomes across all engagements.

If you’ve steered FCC functions with commercial acuity, delivered assurance through IIA-aligned methodologies, or led regulatory investigations with integrity and foresight—this is your inflection point —this is your platform to turn deep expertise into strategic impact.
